Mitch Nunley
Nunley Drafting opened in 2010 and hit the ground running! After growing up surrounded by the construction business, Mitch obtained a drafting degree in 2005 and has never looked back. He has been drawing custom home construction plans, as well as drafting for engineers, for 13 years now. His dedication to and appreciation for his Nunley Drafting clientele- future and existing- is beyond measure.
Kourtney Moss Stubblefield
Kourtney jumped into the housing world after graduating from TTU in 2004, working for a full-service interior design firm. After he had more business than one could handle, Mitch brought her on board to help with the residential drafting and design side of the business in 2012. In spring of 2015, she relocated to Chattanooga, TN, expanding Nunley Drafting’s reach to the greater Chattanooga area. Her love of design fuels her drive to help clients achieve a beautiful, functional plan for any size or style home.
Mary Chaffin
Mary joined the Nunley Drafting team after retiring from 35 years as a residential builder in the Cookeville area. Her passion for helping future homeowners drove her back into the field, this time as a client consultant. Her vast knowledge from a builder’s perspective continually proves to be a huge asset to her coworkers, and especially to each client she meets. Mary works tirelessly with our draftsmen to give each client a design that will meet their goals and easily become a home they love.
